A short message is enough: your name, and whether you would like an intro call or a first session. Please leave out clinical details, which are better discussed in session. The Privacy page explains how your email is handled.
The Intro Call
The intro call lasts 15 minutes and is free. It is a chance to ask questions and see whether working together feels right, with no obligation to continue.

Fees
